The “Students Transportation to go to school and return home in English and Spanish,” includes forms that may be of great help to keep track of students’ as they come to school and go home. The forms allows for teachers and parents to make changes and update as needed when changes occur at home/school, etc. It also allows children to get to their destination without problems and from being lost or confused in the process.

The forms include a Home Reading Log, Students’ Daily Journal and Reading Records in English and Spanish for those teachers that are in the dual language and or bilingual classroom.
